The mission of Hampton Roads Black Home Educators (HRBHE) is to provide a cooperative network of families to inspire the highest levels of academic achievement and increase the social presence and leadership in community events.
HRBHE is all inclusive. Our families come together in a common goal of educating our children for excellence. Our name is a beacon for all families who wish to create a more diverse homeschooling experience.
